I was overwhelmed by my job and how many hours I was spending doing it. Over the course of several months, Jan asked questions, some of them challenging, listened to me and gave me feedback on what she heard. She helped me organize my litany of confusion, frustrations, and problems into three clear categories. I can now prioritize my actions and am making progress toward my goals.
